Happy Yogi was born from a deeply personal journey of healing. As a young girl recovering from Tuberculosis, weak lungs and fragile health led her to yoga and pranayama as a way to rebuild strength.

What began as therapy soon became transformation — within three years, she went from struggling to breathe to completing a marathon, discovering the profound power of authentic yogic practices.

This journey took her to Dubai, where she spent over six years teaching yoga and helping people manage conditions like thyroid imbalances, autoimmune issues, and spinal problems. Her story was also featured in Yogalife Magazine.

Today, she continues her work from Ahmedabad, offering studio and online classes rooted in authenticity, breath awareness, and trust. Through Sapna’s Yoga Diary, she shares her learnings to inspire practitioners and support fellow yoga teachers on their path.
